PS wont run on Macbook M1

Hey everyone,

I have a Macbook M1 (2020) running Big Sur 11.4.

I cannot download PS or LR, it will not install or run.

Please help....

Which Creative Cloud versions of PS & LR do you have?

Which anti-virus?

Also you need a computer user profile with administrative permissions to install software. See below about Adobe CC on M1 Chip.

What happens when you try?

If there is an error message, exactly what does it say?

How full is your hard drive?

Have you tried downloading them from the CC app?

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
