PSE 13 crashes after downloading an update

Question

Hello

Have an issue of Photoshop Elements 13.0 crashing after updating.

The program runs for a few minutes after downloading the updates, and then Windows notifies that the program has stopped working, and the program shuts down.

The issue can be solved only by loading the purchased program from Adobe website, but without supporting new camera RAW files etc.

The computer is new, no hardware limits, the version is Windows 7 pro (SP1), 64 bit.

Have license at Adobe downloading center (from some reason not registered at "my account").

Please advise.

if that fails, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall
