PSE 14 & Adobe Application Manager Issue

I've had PSE14 for ages and now I suddenly get this error message preventing the application from opening:

Adobe Application Manager, required to run your product, is missing or damaged.

Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from
http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager.

However, when I go to that link I get a 404 message. I've searched for that program, but can't seem to track it down.

Other context:
-Running MacOS
-I also have Adobe Creative Suite on my computer through a work license 

Any help would be appreciated!
