PSE 9 deactivation not possible, error #194:10

Hi,

it´s installed at only one machine, only one times. When I want to deacitvate the PSE 9, it stops and feedbacks the error message #194:10 to me.

Has anyone a idea what to do there?

    OK, but maybe anyone of you know, what errorcode 194:10 is. Because 4 hours ago shuting down the computer and trying it several times to deactivate got no result, only the errorcode.

    And the curious thing: now, nearly 4 hours later, I was able to de-activate it without any errorcode. That mean: problem is solved for me.

    So, maybe 194:10 means something like "server unavailable" or so, and in this case it would probably help other users if they know, that waiting some hours maybe solve the problem.

    That´s my recommendation so far: wait 4 hours, then try again. If it works, fine. If not, wait again 4 hours and try again. If nothing works call the support phone.

    Same as any activation issues: Call support by phone. Nothing anyone here can do for you.
