PSE10 - missing plug-ins

I had pse9 with 2 plug-ins; Topaz suite and Perfectly Clear. Just downloaded and installed pse10 and I am now missing the 2 plug-ins. How do I get them back?

    You buy them. These are commercial third-party plug-ins. they may at some point have been bundled with PSE in a promo sale, but otherwise they cost extra (assuming there are versions for PSE10).

    Thanks for responding, but I had already purchased them (plug-ins) almost two years ago and used them successfully in pse7 and pse9. I have now just downloaded/installed PSE10 and they are missing from both pse10 and pse9. Do I have to re-install the plug-ins? what a pain in the A** if I do. Thanks

    Yes, Adobe apps do not auto-migrate any plug-ins since there may be compatibility problems. If you already have licensed the plug-ins and they are compatible with PSE 10, then a reinstall shoudl do the trick.
