Purchase Adobe Product Japanese Version.

I'm not Japanese and living in Japan. I would like to buy Adobe Lighthouse 6 from Amazon JP but it says "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 日本語版 Windows". Does it mean I cannot change the language to English? Please help.
