1. check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that shows the photography plan is active,

2a. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if that does NOT show a photography plan,

2b. using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

1. Start by checking your account details on Adobe's web site. Look under PLANS and make sure that the plan you though you had started is shown as active.

2. If it is active, go to the Creative Cloud Desktop app (NOT Photoshop, NOT Lightroom). Sign out. Sign in again, being sure to use the account you used to pay. What do you see now under the APPS tab?
