Purchase problem

I purchased photoshop a few months ago bought the 20.99 plan but it didn't show up in my plans or purchased history, and when I try to use photoshop it says free trial expired, and it still charges my debt card. So I looked up some ways to slove the problem and none of them seemed to work. Now I'm starting to think it might be a typo problem.

A Typo problem and or you have 2 Adobe IDs. One is being used to post on these forums and the other bought the subscription.

But Adobe should of Varified the email address when you create an Adobe ID. So the only way to get an Actual Adobe ID is to respond to a varification email they send you.

You can not buy a subscription to any plan without having an Adobe ID.

You will need to contact Adobe directly through their Chat system. We here are all users like you.

The Photography Plan, which includes Photoshop and Lightroom, costs around $10 a month.

You can check your Adobe account by logging into Manage Account via the Creative Cloud app  (click on your logo, top right, to login)
