Purchased Acrobat Pro DC but won't download because of system requirements. I have looked at each one and can't find where I don't meet requirements. Any suggestions before I ask for a refund?

I just purchased Acrobat Pro DC. When I try to download, it says my computer doesn't meet system requirements. I've checked each one of the requirements and can't find where I don't meet them. Any suggestions before I ask for a refund?

    ‌What are your computer specs? Which operating system?

    I changed to Chrome and it downloaded fine. Thanks for your help.
