Purchased Adobe CC Subscription on Prime Day, now one month later my account doesn't show any history of my subscription

Hi, my partner purchased a year subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud on Amazon Prime Day and he pays $29.99 a month. He has already been charged for this month (month two), but when I look at my Adobe accounts info it says I only have a free account and when I click on "View Plan" it takes me to a page that says I only have a free membership. Under both Order History and My Products it is blank and doesn't show any sort of sign that I have/had a subscription. I was using Illustrator and Photoshop yesterday with no problem and now it says all I can do is a trial or buy now. I am a graphic designer and work for a clothing company and not being able to use Photoshop or Illustrator is a major inconvenience.

Is this happening to anyone else? I guess I am just going to wait until the customer support chat open up tomorrow.

The subscription appears to be inactive so you no longer have access.  As the billing is done by Amazon, please contact them to query this.

same thing, i paid for subscription for adobe acrobat pro dc on amazon.  i did it twice on two different days.  adobe says they don't have it and i should contact amazon. amazon says there are two subscriptions and i should contact adobe. it is a vicious circle and no help.
