Purchased Adobe CC Subscription on Prime Day, now one month later my account doesn't show any history of my subscription
Hi, my partner purchased a year subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud on Amazon Prime Day and he pays $29.99 a month. He has already been charged for this month (month two), but when I look at my Adobe accounts info it says I only have a free account and when I click on "View Plan" it takes me to a page that says I only have a free membership. Under both Order History and My Products it is blank and doesn't show any sort of sign that I have/had a subscription. I was using Illustrator and Photoshop yesterday with no problem and now it says all I can do is a trial or buy now. I am a graphic designer and work for a clothing company and not being able to use Photoshop or Illustrator is a major inconvenience.
Is this happening to anyone else? I guess I am just going to wait until the customer support chat open up tomorrow.
