This is an open forum, not Adobe support... click below to contact Adobe staff to help

While the forums are open 24/7 you may not contact Adobe support at all times

Chat help: Mon - Fri  5am - 7pm  (US Pacific Time) <=== NOTE DAYS AND TIME

Creative Cloud support (all Creative Cloud customer service issues)

However... Premiere/Photoshop Elements are not part of the Cloud, they activate when you enter the serial number you received as part of the purchase

WITHOUT posting a serial number in an open forum, do you have a number that is 6 groups of 4 numbers?

If your activation worked properly when you entered your serial number, you will not do anything with a Cloud subscription

I have purchased the "adobe photoshop elements 15 & premiere elements 15" ON 27/07/17 ... I then registered (everything incl subscription) on 01/08/17 ... I was told by 2 Agents that I would need to do the 7 day trial then my account would activate, however, that is not the case ... It is only giving me an option to buy at £10.10p/m
