Purchased all apps plan but most apps are shown to not be part of the plan?

Dear all,

I have just purchased the all apps plan (annual plan, paid monthly), and I was able to download Creative Cloud.

However, most of the apps that I purchased this plan for are shown to be 'Not part of the plan' and would only allow me to 'try' them instead of installing them.

Now I don't think this is a cache issue because I have tried a few different computers.

Is this normal? I didn't get this plan to use XD CC, or Premiere Rush CC. I got the plan to use indesign and illustrator...

Do I have to refund this plan? I'm still under 14 days.

Here are some screenshots:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I've looked at those threads before but they don't seem to be the same problem.

I have not yet downloaded the apps, and the issue isn't only from my CC app.

Even from the adobe website, across multiple different PCs, it's displaying those apps as not available under my plan.

Therefore, I believe the only action that can be taken to resolve this issue is if the adobe support team would read this thread and realise the error and help fix my account.
