Purchased CC membership, money booked off, yet ONLY trials available
Hi,
I have purchased the full CC membership on the 17/07/2014. The amount for the first month has been booked off my credit card and yet I am not available to get the full versions of anything through the creative cloud app.
Has anyone else had such issue? I would like to either get a refund of my money, an adjustment to the lost week so far or a thorough explanation. I am not going to pay again and run the risk I am paying for nothing another time.
Please could someone look into this? I have the order number as well, when entering this into your "Check the order" page, it tells me it is pending. Why?
