Purchased CC Subscription, but account still shows as 'Expired' and CC Programmes not working
Hi, I purchased the CC Subscriptions at least a week ago. However, in the 'My Account' page, it still shows as 'Pre-paid' and 'Expired'.
When I clicked on payment details, it shows my subscription as valid and paid for.
I tried contacting support multiple times via live chat, who promised multiple times that an 'Expert Team' will rectify the account. However, till date there is no update and the subscription I paid for is still unusable with no compensation whatsoever. There are some projects which are now overdue due to this issue.
The support number for SG is still a single '8'. Has been for as long as I remember (which is at least 4 years).
Is there anything I can do on my end to have the subscription I paid for up and running again?
