I purchased Creative Cloud today. I believe  I already have Photo Shop- 2017 but I recently downloaded Windows 10 and lost some features on my computer and have had it rebuilt but pay for Adobe every month.  Adobe did not recognize my Photoshop today with my purchase but allowed me 10 free stock images. But when I went to use one on the brochure I was making this evening in Photoshop it still has the watermark on it.  Please help! ASAP. Called today but was on hold for 4 hours.  Very frustrated to be spending this kind of $$ but cant get any help from this company!  Not good!

hi,

you usually need to allow 1 business day for your payment to be processed and subscription to start.  in the meantime you can use a 7 day trial.

you can check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://accounts.adobe.com/

f your account shows

a. your subscription is active,

1.  sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

3.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

4.  if that fails, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

if your account shows

b. you have no subscription pending and you're payment has been processed:

1. using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
