Purchased Elements, Downloaded to Drive, Can't find Files, Won't Open from Download list

Can someone please assist? I purchased elements, downloaded the files, saved them to a shared drive, and they are nowhere to be found now. I can't open them from the browser download list, or from the Adobe Screen that says Open Bundle.

    Priddis Music if you saved them to a shared drive then you should be able to locate the installer files in the location you selected on the Shared Drive.

    The files are nowhere to be found on my stored drive...I'm attempting to

    re-download with Chrome...
