Purchased Fireworks in 2012 and now its saying I need to renew my subsctiption?

I purchased adboe Fireworks in 2012 and have been happy using it ever since. Today it won't let me open it and says that I need to update my subscription. However, when I go to my account I see where I purchased the entire package of creative suites and the serial number.

Why am I locked out of software I purchased and have been using Just fine?

SUPER frustrated as fireworks isn't even an option anymore on the adobe creative suites.

Anyone else have this issue or know what to do?

Could it be that your CS6 software is reverting to trial mode?

Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode

Fireworks is EOL.  If you have a paid Creative Cloud Full Apps plan, it can be accessed if you set  CC Desktop Preferences to Show Older Apps.   See screenshot.
