Purchased Illustrator CC says "Up to date", but won't download

My Illustrator was finished so I purchased a subscription, but can't download it. In my CC menu, it says AI is "up to date", but doesn't give me a download option and isn't installed (I had uninstalled it after the trial). Any one else have this problem, or know how to fix it or even talk to tech support? Thank you
