Purchased Lightroom 5.6 exe crash unpacking

I downloaded Lightroom from my account, but the file is impossibe to install. Every time I try to unpack and install I get an error message at 24%. Is the Adobe Lightroom 5.6 corrupt?

    Thanks for the reply.
    The install-problem was severe.
    But the exellent people at Adobe Support finally solved the case, by remote control, and after several attemps.
    Now everything is perfect!! :-)
