Purchased Lightroom CC but cant install

I recently used the free trial for Lightroom cc, when that ended I purchased Lightroom cc but there seems to be something stopping it from installing. Can anybody help?

Hi Ciara,

As I understand you are not being able to use the purchased version of Lightroom. Are you getting an error for trial? Please follow the steps shared in the link for help: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

If this is not the issue you are facing, could you please share more details about the error?
