purchased Lightroom CC plan but stating my trial expired

I purchased the 9.99 /month Lightroom CC plan and downed loaded 'Lightroom CC' via 'Creative Cloud' software,

but I could not edit photos in Light room CC, it stated my trial expired.

I have checked that my account is right. Would be appreciated if anyone knows how to fix this. Thanks

Hi Elley. Am I right that you have canceled your subscription?...when you open up you account-page with a desktop browser  and navigate to this page Adobe ID ....is the subscription status correct shown? - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Try signing out of Creative Cloud, quit, relaunch, and signin again with the user name and password you used to purchase.

thank you!  I tried to do that and even remove creative cloud and download it again, yet still didn't work ..
