Purchased the Creative Cloud Photography plan, but can't use it.

Hi, I bought a 10$ monthly plan and I was supposed to be able to use Lightroom and Photoshop, but I can't. From what I can tell in my bank account, they took the money, but I still can't use the programs. Does anyone have a clue as to what I should be doing here?

Did you download the programs? Did you install the programs? Are you getting a message?

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
