purchased upgrade for DC Pro and it's telling me to uninstall Standard. Is that correct?

I have Standard XI. I purchased the upgrade to DC PRO. However, when I started the install for PRO it's telling me to uninstall Standard XI. Is that correct? Isn't this just an upgrade?
