Purchased upgrade to CS6 and can't install

I'm on a new MacBook Pro with OSX 10.8.2

When I click to start the download process from my purchase window, they open and show in a new "Akamai NetSession Download Manager" window, download to 100% and then when it says "Download Complete!" I click on "download bundle" and a window pops up asking ""Photoshop_13_LS16(2).exe" is a file which was downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" I click "open" and NOTHING happens.

I've tried deleting the downloaded files and redownloading them 3 times now and the result is the same each time.

Each time I download I get two files:  Photoshop_13_LS16.7z.part & Photoshop_13_LS16.exe

When I try to open the .exe file I get the error message: You can’t open the application “Photoshop_13_LS16.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X. When I try to open the .part file I get the message, "There is no application set to open the document “Photoshop_13_LS16.7z.part”. and it asks me to choose the application I want to use to open the file... but the Akamai is "unclickable".

Help?!?

Correct answer Mylenium

Well, downloading the Windows version is useless eitehr way. The part files are just that -a partialyl downloaded files. Get in touch with support to get the proper Mac downloads. In fact chances are that you also have been sent a Windows serial therefor, which of course. won't work, either. Anyway, nobody here can sort out this stuff, you really need to contact support.
