Purchased upgrade to CS6 and can't install
I'm on a new MacBook Pro with OSX 10.8.2
When I click to start the download process from my purchase window, they open and show in a new "Akamai NetSession Download Manager" window, download to 100% and then when it says "Download Complete!" I click on "download bundle" and a window pops up asking ""Photoshop_13_LS16(2).exe" is a file which was downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" I click "open" and NOTHING happens.
I've tried deleting the downloaded files and redownloading them 3 times now and the result is the same each time.
Each time I download I get two files: Photoshop_13_LS16.7z.part & Photoshop_13_LS16.exe
When I try to open the .exe file I get the error message: You can’t open the application “Photoshop_13_LS16.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X. When I try to open the .part file I get the message, "There is no application set to open the document “Photoshop_13_LS16.7z.part”. and it asks me to choose the application I want to use to open the file... but the Akamai is "unclickable".
Help?!?
