Can I purchase CC on an older iMac running OS 10.9 and choose to run CC 2014/15?

In would think you can.

Are you talking the Full package Creative Cloud subscription? there are some newer programs that will not work on your version of OS X. Those released after support for that version of OS X had ended. So there would not be an earlier version for that version of OS X.

Thank you for reply, mainly needing AI PS ID.

I would take full for cost saving, and also hopefully updating machine at some point but all ££££

I have spent ages looking through FAQ's and get conflicting info, it says you can chose what version, but also says you need the latest OS to install in the first place.

Was talking to a customer with a similar question: you need at least 10.12 to install CC, once installed you can choose older versions, but it won't let you install CC on older versions.
