putting my fotos from Photoshop 5 into this new computer

I have the fotos in a 8GB Toshiba flash drive but I am old, and have too much new going on to get it done. I need to know how to open things in the right place to get this issue taken care of.

Can you clarify a few details? Do you have Photoshop 5 installed on your new computer? Also, what operating system are you using, and which version?
