An employee left the company and the elearning Suite has been loaded to my computer.  An upgrade was purchased in December 2010 to upgrade to eLearning Suite 2.  How can download this upgrade?  I do have the serial number.

    Is it possible that your company has purchased a volume license and has an account at https://licensing.adobe.com/?  If so they can download the software from there.

    If not, and the choice was made for the download option at the time of purchase, then you can follow the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0.
