Question about commercial usability of a inpainting technology

Hello, this is Genki from Japan.I am wondering if the inpainting API, shown in the URL below, is allowed to commercial use.I found out this was created by Adobe Reserch engineers and people in Dalian University of Technology, so I am asking here.This is an awesome technology by the way.I would appreciate your kind support. i don't have any specifics and i don't know who else (other than adobe) may have claims to that software, but adobe generally allows commercial use of the output of its programs, even if those programs are unpaid trial versions.
