I wanted to know if I can transfer a lightroom subscription from a PC to a mac?

    sure, with your cc subscription you are entitled to two installations/activations.

    they can both be pc or both mac or one of each.

    or, you can use only one installation/activation on either pc or mac.

    Please also be aware that we do not currently offer a subscription to Lightroom.  Lightroom 5 offers a cross-platform license though so Kglad's advice still stands and is applicable.
