?? Question can't find download

Adobe App Manager menu (through Cloud) is on my desktop... I selected Adobe Premiere Pro...It says it downloaded and shows "updated"  but I can't find how to open it...I can't find an icon, or where it is. I tried clicking on the Adobe Preier Pro icon in the App Manager but nothing happens....Help!
