Question for Billing Canadian Customers

I'm in the process of filing my Taxes for 2016. As a business owner, I must claim any business expenses.

I'm puzzled by my monthly Adobe Creative Clouds subscription, not only because the option to subscribe in Canadian Dollars isn't available, but upon closer look at my monthly invoice, I realize that you are charging HST to your Canadian customers in USD. How is that possible to charge HST in USD? Any help appreciated.
