What is best high quality video screen capture software by Adobe?

What is Creative Cloud? I don't understand, please explain.

Do you mean Adobe Captivate can be used to capture screen video?

What does "...that would be like swatting flies with a sledgehammer." mean?

Why do you need Adobe software for this? Screen capture is not Adobe's strength.

Captivate is e-learning course building software that can also do screen capture but that's not what you would buy it for. Captivate does so much more than just screen capture. Hence my quip about swatting flies with a sledgehammer.

There is no screen capture software in Creative Cloud. Adobe Captivate by separate purchase does screen captures, But if that's all you need it for, that would be like swatting flies with a sledgehammer.
