question re install not working

I have recently installed photoshop cc as a trial and it shows it's there and updated but clicking on it just takes me back to the download center. Once I got a message saying to check back later.

I had already tried that...clicking on the app took me to a window that shows I have the app and it's up to date but it won't open the program.

Jackye so that more specific directions can be provided which operating system are you using?  Also is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
