Question re: Setting Up Adobe X Pro to edit Metadata

When I open a PDF, and click properties and then "Additional Metadata..." I know I should be seeing I believe an XMPP logo in the bottom left corner of the dialogue box that pops up. Instead I see a Red X, and I believe I'm missing some options there.


Can anyone explain why? Do I need to install a missing plugin?
