Question regarding buying Creative Cloud if I already have Photoshop

I want to buy the student offer for the Creative Cloud ($19.99 a month) but I already own Photoshop so my question is will I have to cancel my Photoshop subscription before I buy Creative Cloud or will it be canceled when I purchase CC?

As I understand you already have Photoshop subscription and want to know how what will happen if you wish to purchase Creative Cloud all apps plan.

You can visit this link and upgrade your plan from Photoshop to all apps and in this case, no cancellation is required. It will directly change your plan. Link: Learn how to change your Adobe Creative Cloud plan

Hi,

You need to contact Adobe because you can't have Creative cloud all apps if you have already a Photo plan .You have already paid the Photo plan on September 7th and even if you cancel it ,it will be active until October 7th and then you can buy the second subscription ,If you want to buy now ,you need to contact Adobe to cancel completely the Photo plan and then you can buy the second subscription .

So I ended up having to cancel my current subscription and when I did I got a message saying on October 7th, the day the renewal for my subscription, and when I went to purchase the all apps plan I got another message that said I had to cancel my current subscription even though I have already canceled it. Will I have to wait until October to purchase the new plan or am I doing something wrong?
