Quiero cancelar mi plan Premiere Pro CC. He seguido todos los pasos indicados, incluso presionando el botón "Cancelar plan", pero luego de eso me lleva al servicio de asistencia y a partir de ese momento es IMPOSIBLE conseguir cancelar el plan. Es decepcionante no poder realizar un procedimiento tan simple como debería ser cancelar un plan.

Quedo a la espera de la cancelación.
