'Quit Unexpectedly'

An Adobe colleague helped me reinstall CS5.5 Design Standard yesterday. All seemed well, but i get 'quit unexpectedly' on all programmes (indesign, photoshop, illustrator, Acrobat).

 

Can you please advise.

If you give us more informations about your environemt we can try to help.

CS5.5 is very old and not compatible with newer operating system, especially on MacOS 

Which operating system do you use?

How about the exact error message?

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo
