Re-activate

Question

I have restarted my complit computer, and i forgot to deactivate my account before i did it. And now as i am trying to use the same Key, it comes up that i need to Deactivate my coputer within 29 days, I dont want to buy a new key, just to have PRO on the same computer.

Doing a Windows restart does not change your account information... do you mean that you did a new Windows install?

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the support link
