re-activating code CS6 in new computer

I have Adobe Creative Suite 6, Design & Web Premium; (students edition) y activated 12 moths ago.

Now I have a new computer (MacBook Pro Retina) and the activation code dont work.

First desinstall the software in flirts computer.

Then intall the software in the new computer; but the activation code is wrong.

I need your help.

If your CS6 serial number is for Windows then you'll have to do a platform swap to get a

Mac serial number

Both computers are Mac; the old and new.

Appear a "X" when I write the old code activation number

But the moment... work in a trial mode (for 30 days)
