I am having the same issue. I cancelled the plan but I keep getting charged!

Apologies for the poor experience.

I see you had subscribed to Adobe Stock using your work email address. I have now refunded all the payments charged and will be completed 3-5 business day.

Sorry to hear that.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription which has already been cancelled. However, I am unable to locate any Adobe Stock subscription under the Adobe ID shared in the forums.

Are you still getting charged for the CC subscription which has been cancelled? Moving this discussion to Adobe Creative Cloud so that the experts can help you with the issue.
