Agreed... but I would say it more that Adobe's customer service sucks.  I have an issue they are aware of and doing nothing about.  Par for the norm for Adobe.  Adobe take note and get your act together.

    So this is a good one. I've had it happen before but only I moved the links or renamed them or something.

    I've got an illustrator file with 8 placed images (linked). Made a pdf then got a customer change and ALL of the links come up missing on my re-open even though they are all sitting a single folder along with the art file. No sub folders, name changes, relocation...

    Just...missing and I had to re-link them one by one.
