Re: Animate May 2023 update v23.0.2 is now live!

First, make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU, GPU and memory requirements.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

• Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
• MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

Also ensure that you have ample free hard disk space to install Creative Cloud + Animate on your primary drive.  If necessary, uninstall  non-essential apps and move work & media files to external drives.

Restart computer in Safe Mode.

Begin installation of CC Desktop App, followed by Animate, etc...

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
