Hi,

I have the same problem. Trying desperately to cancel my monthly account and I can't find this button. There is no way to contact you neither through the chat nor by phone. Can you let me know how to manage this action

As you mention that you are unable to find the cancel button under your manage account section, please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation requests and the billing queries:
