good morning,

i am trying to cancel my registration, i tried to cancel it actually as soon after i subscribed, nearly one year ago, and didnt succeed, now i want it done.

when entering my account, the 'manage' link ( Gerer la formule ) takes me to a blank page, meaning

1) i have no way to find out to what i committed

2) i cannot access to the registration cancelation procedure you describe

this is made too complicate, and considering the quality of your products, managing a website should be a piece of cake for Adobe, no?

can i only assume this is intentional ?
