Although this is an old post, I am having the same issue where CC does not have the application tab and no applications are showing to be installed. I am trying to install Premier and Ae. The CC app installed fine on the computer. When I trying to installed apps nothing happens. No errors or nothing. I am on a HPE corporate account so this is not an entitlement issue. My computer is a HP workstation laptop with 24G memory and i7 vPro processor with windows 7 x64, so hardware is not an issue. I have tried IE 11, Chrome and Firefox. Nothing working. I have also tried downloading from Download Center : Adobe Creative Cloud  page but nothing is working.

Branching to a new discussion.

Atherj19339777 have you tried the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/all-apps-displayed-aam.html?  Do you receive any specific errors when trying to install After Effects or Premiere Pro?

You can find details on how to locate, and interpret, the errors in the installation logs at Creative Cloud 2015 download and install errors. You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover.

Hi Jeff,

I have a similar problem, but I am trying to install updates to apps (not the apps themselves). My CC desktop application is not showing the Apps tab either -- just Home, Assets, Stock, Community. What causes the APP tab not to appear (I'm working on a set of iMacs running both El Capitan and Yosemite).

Thank you,

Michelle

Michelle the original poster in this discussion is using Windows OS.  You are welcome to utilize the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app..  If you continue to face errors then please start a new Mac OS specific discussion.
