    As you have mentioned that the 'Apps tab' is missing from the CC desktop app, could you please confirm if you have tried the steps given in the following help document: Apps tab missing from the Creative Cloud desktop app?

    If yes, and it didn't help then please follow the steps given under 'Solution 2' of the following help document to resolve this issue: Resolve installation failure | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
