Hallo,

ich habe dasselbe Problem mit Photoshop Elements 24 und (testweise) Photoshop Elements 25. Es geht einfach nicht mehr weiter, hast Du das Problem lösen können?

    Hi there,

    so I bought Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2024 via Amazon. I got the code and with "getserial" I received the serial numbers of both products. After connecting the serial numbers with my adobe id on adobe.com, I can see both products in my acount. Then I choose "Download" and I download the installer.exe (PhotoshopElements_2024_LS30_win64).

     

    After starting the installer, my Browser opens and I have to log in to my adobe account. After logged in succesfully, the browser says: "You are now logged in, you can close this window and go on".


    But it does not go on. The installer still says, that my browser opens a window to confirm my id, it does not got on:


    It is not a loop and it is not frozen. It seems, that the installer does not get the response from the browser that I am logged in. It is also not possible to click on the link down below ("melden Sie sich hier an"). The only thing I can do, is closing the installer. This works.

    Things I already tried: Delete cache and history, try different browsers (firefox, chrome), try it on the stealth mode. I have Windows 11, a brand new Asus laptop, no antivirus software, working internet.

    I tried it also with PSE 25 (the free trial version): The same problem

    I tried it also at work with a totally different computer and Windows 10: Same problem

    So I thought it could be my adobe id. Then I created a new id with my work adress and tried it again with the PSE 25 free trial version: Same problem!

    VERY strange!

    try offline activation or install the cc desktop app

     

    Launch the product.
    At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.
    Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.
    Write down the Request Code.
    Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.
    Click Offline Activation.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    Enter your Request code and click Generate.
    Write down the Response code.
    Switch back to the offline computer.
    Enter the Response Code and click Activate.
