Sheena, can you cancel my Adobe Premiere Pro month-to-month subscription please? What does one need to do to simply cancel? The cancel button on my Manage Plan screen seems to be "photoshopped' away.

Hi Sheena,

I clicked into the Customer Care link you sent. It brings me in circles as such:

1. What can we help you with? > Account Issues > Cancel my membership > Cancel your membership or subscription > Cancel your subscription > Don't see a Cancel plan button? Click here > Goes back to 1. What can we help you with? (!!)

Am I missing something?
