Thank you for this tip, Bani, but has the CC app changed? I don't see the "Show Older Apps" option.

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

I believe that's what I have, through my employer. The actual problem I'm trying to resolve is that with the latest update, many of my .mov files are only importing as audio. I wanted to revert to an earlier version of Premiere Pro in order to keep the full functionality of the program.

Mattchampagne, there is no membership tied to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public forum.  Please contact your employer so they can give you the necessary details to utilize the Creative Cloud membership they are providing to you.

Hi Mattchampagne,

The latest version of CC Desktop app is 4.6 and it does contain the option of 'Show Older apps' under settings, see the screenshot below:

Please check and confirm if your CC desktop app is up to date. If it is and it still doesn't show you this option then follow the steps given under 'Solution 3' here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app" to remove the current install of CC app.

After this download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app again from here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks for your reply, Bani. I followed the instructions to run the cleaner app and reinstall the CC app, but there's still no option to "show older apps." Any more ideas?

Mattchampagne, my apologies for any confusion.  The ability to install older applications is only available to full Creative Cloud members.  You will only have the ability to evaluate the current releases of CC applications with a trial membership.

If you do have an active membership, then please make sure to sign in with the e-mail address associated with the membership.
