hi guys...been reading the conversations so far and just like adam i have the issue....i've done all the tricks, uninstall and re-install....i get the same splash screen just like adam posted...and just to inform you kglad.... it dose not support CR2 format either. Pictures from both my Canon 80D and 6D are not being recognized. Adobe needs to do better...there customer support is really terrible.

open lr>help>about cr.

your cr should be ok for a cannon eos-6d. for your 80d, you need lr 6.5 or better so you have cr 9.5 or better.

version 6.0.... no i don't have a subscription.
am sure how to check the cr version for lightroom.

what's the cr version of your lightroom?

do you have a subscription? if yes, do you have any other cc programs installed?
